Established in 1995 Clearview C.W.C.S is a North East based professional window cleaning company specialising in solutions for commercial properties and domestic properties under management.

Our clients range from single-site occupiers to multi-site national organisations. At Clearview, we provide our services direct to clients as well as any organisation with the responsibility for the provision of “soft services”.

We provide window cleaning services, amongst others, to a huge range of properties covering both internal and external work locations throughout the North East of England.

Our services cover any level without height restrictions and are provided using all means available whether rope access, cradle or mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPS) and truck mounted platforms (Cherry Pickers).

All our operators and suppliers are IPAF qualified, backed by our commitment to Health & Safety under the Safe Contractor scheme. Our Health & Safety management company is accredited to ISO 9001.

Our core activities range from the most traditional to the very latest techniques available and are covered under our continuing membership of the Safecontractor scheme.
